Hop on over to Whitehead Railway Museum this Easter for a fun-filled family day out!

Visitors can enjoy exploring our 5-gallery Museum, packed with fascinating railway history and interactive displays. Take a short steam train ride within our premises (approximately 10 minutes) - hauled by our iconic locomotive No. 3BG "Guinness" - and experience the sights, sounds and smells of steam in action.

Little explorers can follow our Easter Trail around the museum and don’t miss the chance to meet the Easter Bunny, who will be handing out a special chocolate egg to every child.

We are proud to be an inclusive venue - our sensory room will be open throughout the event and sensory bags are available to borrow to help make the visit comfortable and enjoyable for all families.
