Finance and Administration Officer

We are hiring a Finance and Administration Officer at the Railway Preservation Society Ireland (RPSI) and we would love to hear from you.

The Railway Preservation Society Ireland has been involved in the preservation and restoration of steam engines and carriages since 1964. The Society has grown dramatically since then and now has a five-gallery museum in Whitehead and operates many excursions across the island of Ireland every year, transporting passengers by steam to evoke memories of the past and create memories which we hope will live long in the minds of our customers.

In this role you will undertake and expediate financial and administrative tasks for the Organisation. You will be part of a team based at Whitehead Excursion Station, where you will receive strong support to develop your skills and expertise.

The role is a 3-year fixed term contract. 37.5 hours per weeks, ranging from Monday – Friday. We hope that the post will become permanent. From time to time, there may be need to work additional hours during the weekend.
