When do I arrive at Lanyon Place?

At least 30 minutes before your train time.

When do I get my table number?

Upon arrival at Lanyon Place with the Meet and Greeters from RPSI.

Does my baby/toddler count in the numbers at my table?

If they require a seat during the journey, they’ll need to be counted.

How many people are in a compartment?

Up to 6 adults (so if you have 4 kids and 3 adults, it will be fine).

Can we take prams on board?

Due to limited space, where possible parents are asked not to bring prams and buggies.

Will there be catering on the train?

Circumstances do not allow us to have on-train catering at present, but our Whitehead cafe will be available.

Do I need to wear a face covering?

Due to NI Executive regulations, we ask everyone to wear a face covering unless exempt.

Is the train fully accessible?

Regrettably these 1960s carriages are unsuitable for wheelchair passengers.

Will we be seated together?

Due to Covid social distancing regulations, we cannot guarantee that booking 2 tables will ensure you are sitting together, but we will endeavour to accommodate this where possible.

Can I move my booking to a different train?

Will I have tine to visit the Museum at Whitehead?

We have decided to close the Museum to help with social distancing for people coming off the trains.
